We visited a private room. Due to being in a rush, we left the room on time, but later I realized that the gold backing of my earring was left behind in the room. I called them the same day and asked them to check. They promised to call back, but never did and completely ignored it. Do not recommend.
My partner tried to reserve a hot tub room by phone and was asked to provide credit card information. For some reason, the staff said their system could not process the card, and my partner tried to repeat the number 2 or 3 times. The card works everywhere else without issue. To help troubleshoot, we politely asked if the staff could repeat back the number they had on their end, just to confirm it was communicated correctly over the phone. The staff refused to do so and instead claimed they could not proceed because the card might be lost or stolen, which was not the case and came across as unprofessional. The hot tub room itself is nice, but the front desk handling of this situation was inflexible and unprofessional. A simple cross-check could have resolved the issue. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.
I love this place!! I’ve done day spa’s/bathhouses across the globe and it’s a rarity to find a place that has private rooms. Sometimes I go just for a hot tub/steam/cold plunge. But their facials/massages are also top notch, so there’s been times I’ve spent all day in here. The place is neat, relaxing, clean, provides impeccable service. There’s a reason they’ve been in business 40+ years. Highly recommend.
In desperate need for a chill date, my partner and I decided to book a hot tub and sauna room here at Watercourse Way. Though it would’ve been much easier to just book the room online, calling over the phone wasn’t too bad and they do have a lot to explain as well. Anyways, from the start of the experience it is great. They offered us tea or water right away and showed us to the room. It was super relaxing, clean, and spacious. We really enjoyed the ability to cycle between the cold plunge and hot tub and sauna. Overall it was a very relaxing time and I could not complain about the experience.
My pics are of the six dragonflies room which was great - it had both tuscan and Nordic vibes. I wouldn’t recommend it for people with joint pain as it took me a few tries to figure out how to safely get in the ginormous wooden tub. With tax and tip it was $60 for an hour so not something I will do repeatedly.
