I took Roxy in for a bath and I’m genuinely so impressed with the care they put into her! Her coat came out so white, shiny, and she smells amazing. I also really loved that they sent me little updates during her visit, it was such a thoughtful gesture and meant a lot. You can tell they truly care about the dogs they work with. Highly recommend! 🐶✨

We had such a fantastic experience at Well Groomed Pets in Raleigh! The staff was incredibly friendly, and everything was super smooth from start to finish. They kept us in the loop with updates and adorable photos of our little Olivia. I was especially impressed with how they followed my instructions for the haircut— it turned out just perfect! We are absolutely thrilled and can't recommend them enough. If you're looking for a great grooming experience, definitely check them out-10/10 !

As always, well groomed, pets does an excellent job of taking care of my sweet golden doodle, Ruby! They’re very professional, and seem to treat her like one of their own! I love the attention. My Ruby gets and the grooming is spot on.!

Roxie ABSOLUTELY LOVES the staff! She loves getting pampered and she behaves like the good girl that she is. It may be pricier than going to PetSmart but it’s worth it in every way. Highly recommend! They never disappoint 🫶💞

Took both my pugs in and had an OK experience. I was advised by the multiple texts from their platform they were wrapping up and to head over for pickup an hour after dropping them off. When I arrived to pick them up I was advised that it would take more time because they were struggling with the nail trimming. Eventually they gave up and said they couldn’t cut all of the nails because a 16lb pug was giving them too much trouble. I offered to hold her to help and we were able to get the last few nails clipped. There didn’t seem to be much rapport between the groomers and my dogs. The ear muffs all around the lobby was also a bit of a red flag. They also didn’t seem prepared to deal with dogs who struggle to get their nails trimmed. It was interesting because my Fawn is normally the one who struggles the least but she really went through it this time around. It was a first for us. But that wasn’t really the negative part of the experience. I basically paid $50 per dog to be shampooed and a not so great nail trim. They were shedding so much in the car ride home. I had to brush them properly when we got home. See photo attached. That was half way through our brushing. Normally when I take them to a groomer their coats are brushed to the point where no hair comes out when I pet them for at least a week or two. Needless to say I won’t be bringing my Pugs back here. It seems like they specialize in hypoallergenic dogs anyhow. The certificates on the wall gave me a false sense of confidence.
