Ok, so I almost never write customer reviews, but Whitestone was awesome, and I truly hope people at least consider getting a quote from them before any job, big or small. We could not be happier with the way our home turned out, and this group was an absolute joy to work with! Here's the story! My wife and I decided (after 12 years) to finally update our entire house. New countertops, hardwood floors, and painting all of the cabinets in the home (kitchen, bathrooms, hallway). It was a big job. We had 49 cabinet doors and 20 drawers to paint!! I spent 4 weeks getting 6 quotes from other painters, and Whitestone was not just a great value, but the project Manager, Chris Booth, was super responsive, reliable, and always picked up the phone when we had questions! I immediately felt comfortable working with their team! Once we finally chose to hire Whitestone, their team was on-time every single day!!! Might not sound like a big deal, but it made managing our calendars so much easier since we didn't have to wait around for contractors! The guys who showed up every day, Alex, Ronaldo, and another one (sorry!!) were super respectful of our home. They wore masks (COVID precautions), removed their shoes, and were incredibly polite! The products they used for our project (Sherwin Williams Emerald) was really high-end, and after sanding everything and applying 2 coats, our home looks refreshed and brand new! So glad we hired you guys!! Thank you, Carlos, Chris, and the rest of the Whitestone team!! Job well done!!!!
I'll start out by saying they have very competitive pricing, but more important to me was the fact everyone from the Office Personnel to the Project Manager to the Painting Crew were all very courteous, prompt and professional. The crew arrived everyday on time and cleaned up everyday before they left. In addition to the great paint job, the crew went above and beyond by assisting me in fixing a broken gate I had. I would recommend Whitestone Painters to anyone looking to transform their homes. All I can say is Thank you!!!!
