Firstly the worker at the counter has a slight attitude. Customer service was trash. We had some wood flooring we picked up for a client and the color was slightly mismatched. So we needed to return it or replace it either would’ve worked for us. The receipt clearly states there is no returns on moldings, special orders or special buys. This floor was none of the above. They denied the refund and we asked for a replacement for a specific color. All they stated was whatever we have in stock we can replace with otherwise sorry. They didn’t care at all and were almost happy to cheat us out. We’re contractors so it’s no big deal we will eventually have another job we could use the wood flooring on but this was a first for me and I will never be returning here again. I have never had this issue with anyone of my vendors and I would advise you to just go to the flooring store next door to them. They were a lot friendlier and had 5 star customer service. Too bad they lost out on upwards of 350k of revenue from us (yearly) if all they did was have a bit of honor but hey some people don’t mind screwing others over. Penny wise pound foolish. Keep it going. Your business won’t last too long this way. Just to make clear I posted a picture of the receipt stating their return policy and this was not a special order. Don’t buy here just go next door. I’ll save you the grimness and rudeness.
Nice floors but they don't allow returns. I had several left over boxes of some laminate flooring and they refused to take them back. Sometimes it's easier to shop at the home improvement stores that allow you yo return stuff. Won't be recommending this store to my homeowner friends.
We got the wood we wanted and it was about $2.00 a sq. ft. cheaper than other places. Robert was easy to work with and his installers were on time, hard workers, and did a great job. Andres and Luis took the shortest lunch and worked all day. So glad we found this place. Highly recommend them.

Al entrar al showroom, encontré el piso que quería al instante; sí, fue amor a primera vista. Robert, quien me ayudó con todas mis preguntas, es extremadamente conocedor de los diversos productos que ofrece la tienda. Esto fue reconfortante, ya que los representantes de ventas en muchos otros lugares a los que fui antes se quedaban en blanco cuando les hacía algunas preguntas bastante directas. La calidad del piso que compré y el precio no podían igualarse en ningún otro lugar. Además, Robert me remitió a un instalador fantástico. ¡Mi familia y yo estamos extasiados con nuestros hermosos pisos nuevos! Visiten este lugar, no se arrepentirán.
