Wine Rack en 363 Rideau St, Ottawa, ofrece una sorprendente selección de vinos y sidras en un espacio compacto. Los clientes elogian al personal amable y bien informado y las recomendaciones útiles y honestas. Después de las renovaciones, la tienda se trasladó dentro de Loblaws a una zona más pequeña; la selección se ha reducido, pero el equipo sigue siendo una fuente de confianza para orientación y grandes hallazgos.

Good if you drink wine
This wine rack was moved and downsized due to store renovations. Stuck next to the beer and ice cream aisle. They no longer except Uber eats pickup orders now. Starbucks should move out and wine rack take their nice little cozy spot. Not impressed Loblaws. The wine rack employees, they were so cheerful, five star customer service. now they sit on a high stool (like they're at Costco giving out samples of cheese, in a tiny plastic cup) well they stare emotionlessly down the frozen food. aisle
Happy to see the wine rack carries my favorite wine. Great service from the employee.
Service was quick fast and easy as usual. 18-08-25 with the renovations at Loblaws the store is now located within a small section of Loblaws. There does not seem to be nearly the selections they had when they had their own location. Sadly, now where the wine rack used to be is a Starbucks ( same location but only accessible from within Loblaws).
This is one of my favorite locations. Sure, it may be the size of a bachelor apartment, but it is amazing how much variety can be kept in such a small venue! The employees are my favorite part! I am always greeted with a smile, and if questions need answering, they have both the truthful answers that I am looking for, as well as their own personal experience, but ONLY If I ask. If they haven't tried an item, I can count on the feedback given to me, through them, about how other customers felt about it. Truly a little gem packed to the gills with knowledge, expertise, friendly and helpful staff, plus some truly fantastic wines and ciders! The staff really do make my day, so perhaps they should kick back this evening after getting home and enjoy their own favorite beverage, because they deserve it! Fantastic job guys!
