Had my two mini dachshunds here for their first tidy up groom and bath. Great experience from booking to drop off to collection. The dogs came back looking and smelling great!
I’m not sure if I didn’t look the part or what but the lady in the pink hair seemed to care very little about my experience. I wasn’t welcomed in or anything. Had to walk to the counter to ask questions. And then the person working the counter decided to stay in the back the whole time a dog who arrived after myself needed its nails trimmed. I felt unimportant and that I didn’t belong there. I will not come again. Also my dog had severe diarrhea from the cake and or pupsicles
Very disappointed in lack of transparency for their prices. I called about my Australian Shepherd getting groomed and was told my total would be around $170ish and wouldn’t be more than $200. I pick up my dog to find my total was $235 plus needing to tip still. There are too many other groomers that charge way less than that to ever return. My dog looks good but nothing crazy special that would indicate she got almost a $300 grooming session. Never returning.
After terrible experiences in places like PetSmart, I’m so happy to have found a local place for visits with my little one. We went for a nail trim, and they were very gentle to my doggy and handled him with care. I really appreciate that. We’ll definitely be coming back here regularly.
Super sweet staff member, loved Henry's note for his birthday!! I bought yummy snacks that he enjoyed along with his furry friends. (We have been buying Henry's bday cakes here for years!) Natural ingredients are what I like the most, SO GO CHECK THEM OUT!
