Our dog stayed here for three days and was picked up limping, clearly in pain, with significant inflammation on his paws. He required urgent care the same day. What’s most concerning is that this issue developed and progressed during his stay, yet we were not informed at any point prior to pickup. After following up, we received conflicting explanations about why no communication occurred, which only added to the concern. I would strongly encourage other pet parents to ask how and when they are notified if something develops during a stay.

Our girl Cider just spent 3 days playing hard with her dog friends. At this very moment she is flat out sleeping from exhaustion. She came home with a smile & all her energy used up. Thank you Pack Crew for keeping Cider well cared for while we were out of town. We had no concerns because your capable hands were meeting all her needs & loving her up. Only good words about Wooftastic...great people doing great things for large and small fur babies. We go no where else. Mary Bell. Portland

We absolutely love Wooftastic. Our mini poodle has been going for daycare and the occasional overnight (s) for around 2 years and we will continue for as long as they are around. Staff is always so sweet and nice. Also, they have an Instagram page that they update daily with phots and videos from the day♥️♥️♥️ ....and they offer holiday photoshoots😍

The team at Woof-Tastic takes phenomenal care of my dog. She goes to both daycare and boarding and is always so excited to play with her dog and human friends alike. I feel great leaving her with them, knowing she is in a safe, healthy, and kind environment. Staff have been incredibly accommodating with me, whether it's changes to pick-ups, adjustments to medications, or managing her play conditions based on behavior. A huge bonus for me was that the facility is kennel-free; for my rescue dog, who has trauma, I feel so much better knowing she can snuggle up with other pups at night rather than being lonely in a cage. Other huge pros: daily pictures, very reasonable prices, responsive staff, separated by size/energy level.
