This review is written after exhausting every reasonable attempt to resolve the matter privately. I purchased multiple appliances in December 2024 and paid 100% upfront, including payment for extended warranties. As of January 2026, I have still not received the warranty documentation that I paid for. Some appliances were delivered in poor condition, and resolving even basic issues required months of repeated follow-ups. Calls, messages, and requests for updates were routinely ignored. In November 2025, I left a negative review. That prompted an immediate response from Sunny, along with apologies and a firm promise that the paperwork would be sent. I was also asked to delete the review, which I did in good faith. Once the review was removed, communication stopped again. To date, there has been no call, no message, no email, and no paperwork. Accepting payment for warranties and then failing to provide proof or documentation for over a year raises serious concerns about business practices and consumer compliance. Responding only when a public review is posted, and then reverting to silence, shows a clear and repeated pattern. This review exists as a public record of non-delivery of paid services. The matter remains unresolved. If this is how obligations are handled after payment is collected, customers should draw their own conclusions.
This business demonstrates extremely poor ethics and zero respect for customers. I purchased multiple appliances in December 2024 and paid 100% upfront, including money for extended warranties. Taking full payment was never a problem. Delivering what was paid for clearly is. Some appliances were delivered in poor condition, and getting issues resolved required endless follow-ups. Calls and messages were routinely ignored for weeks and months. The most serious issue is this: As of January 2026, the extended warranty paperwork has still not been provided, even though the money was taken in full over a year ago. In November 2025, I left a negative review. That immediately triggered a response from Sunny. He apologized, promised the paperwork would be sent, and asked me to delete the review. I gave him another chance and removed it. Once the review was gone, the promises disappeared too. Communication stopped again, no paperwork, no replies, no accountability. Collecting money and then avoiding the customer for over a year is not “poor service”, it reflects dishonest business practices. Repeated apologies with no action, responding only when a review is posted, and then going silent again shows complete disregard for basic business ethics. I am posting this publicly because private communication has clearly failed. Anyone considering this store should be aware of how customers are treated after payment is taken.
This review is being posted because all other attempts to resolve this privately have failed. I purchased multiple appliances in December 2024 and paid 100% upfront, including extended warranties. Some appliances arrived damaged, and resolving even basic issues required months of chasing. The most serious issue remains unresolved: As of January 2026, I still have not received the extended warranty paperwork, despite having paid for it in full. In November 2025, I left a negative review and was contacted immediately by Sunny. He apologized, promised the paperwork would be sent, and asked me to remove the review. I trusted his word and removed it. Once the review was deleted, communication stopped again. No documents, no replies, no returned calls, despite repeated follow-ups. At this point, this is no longer a delay, it is a failure to deliver something that was paid for. I am posting this publicly because it appears to be the only way to get a response. I am still open to resolving this properly, but the responsibility now lies entirely with the business.
I am writing this review again because the situation has not changed—despite repeated promises. I purchased 6–8 major appliances from this store in December 2024 and made 100% full payment upfront, including payment for extended warranties on all appliances. Some appliances were delivered in poor condition. Getting even one faulty unit replaced required months of chasing, with most calls and messages completely ignored. The bigger issue is the extended warranty paperwork. As of January 2026—over a year later—I still have not received a single warranty document, even though full payment was taken. In November 2025, I posted a negative review. That is the only time Sunny responded promptly. He apologized, promised that the paperwork would be sent “for sure,” and personally requested that I delete the review. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and removed it. That trust was misplaced. After deleting the review, the same pattern continued: no replies, no callbacks, no paperwork, despite repeated follow-ups through calls and messages. It is now January 2026, and I am back in the exact same situation. This is not a mistake or a delay—this is a pattern of taking full payment and then avoiding responsibility. Ignoring customers for months after money has been collected, especially for paid warranties, shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect. I strongly advise anyone considering this store to be extremely cautious. Promises mean nothing here unless a review is involved.
We bought a set of sofa worth $3300 from kitchener branch They claimed that the material was made of leather, which started to peel off with in 3 months of purchase .We went to the shop multiple times and they responded in a rude way. We ask them to take it back but they denied. I strongly not recommend this shop.
