I experienced Yoga Cold Bath through a fundraiser event. I was beyond impressed with the ambiance and cleanliness of the facility. Staff was amazing! I had never done a cold plunge before... they walked you through the processes and gave tips. Just an overall oustanding experience. I also was impressed with their community give back. The cold plunge, sauna, and recovery options are top-tier, and the staff makes you feel comfortable whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth. I always leave feeling reset, clear-headed, and better than when I walked in. Highly recommend. Pro Tip: go for Mary’s breath work, it’s divine!

I’m so excited to have discovered Yoga Cold Bath! The facility is so beautiful and relaxing. The staff are friendly and super helpful. I really enjoy doing Yoga and then the cold/hot circuit. The green room is also so relaxing and helps my circulation. This is now my new weekly self-care routine! I leave feeling stretched, relaxed and recharged.
