Excellent place to bring your kids to teach them skills that will stay with them for life. The masters and instructors are so good with all the kids. They take discipline seriously while still making it light and fun for the kids. For the 6 months my children have joined their programs, I've seen a real positive difference both in class and at home. The facility also offers Summer camp programs, as well as a free photoshoot that we took part of and the pictures turned out great! 10/10 would recommend!
One of Hamilton's best Martial Arts School. Conveniently located on Upper Wentworth and Rymal Road and Centennial, Master Jay, Master Kim 6th and 5th dan Blackbelts instill Discipline, character and respect for your kids. The schools are communities and they supplement spring break and summer camps help your child's development. The skills they learn are for a lifetime. As past students or Grand Master Kim, many other students are lifelong students and create a future professional network. Great work Grand Master Young Park and current Masters.
I come with my grandsons and I have to say that I’m completely impressed with how much these teachers invest into their students moral conduct and personal growth in their everyday life not just when they’re at the studio . Their methods of teaching are kind, compassionate and respectful not to mention funny. They teach so much more than taekwondo. They teach values, strength and self discipline. I would definitely recommend this school.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Young Park Taekwondo. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how welcoming and kind the instructors are. (Master Kim., Master Woo) They offer a free one-on-one assessment to ensure that each child feels comfortable and at ease before starting classes, which was especially reassuring for our 5-year-old. The respect and discipline they instill in the kids are incredible. The instructors are firm but always kind, creating a perfect balance of authority and encouragement. Our child is learning so much, not just about Taekwondo, but also about respect, focus, and self-control. What really stands out is how patient and understanding they are with young children. They make learning fun and engaging, and our child looks forward to every class. The environment is positive, supportive, and truly welcoming to all. We highly recommend Young Park Taekwondo to any parent looking for a place where their child can grow both physically and mentally. It's a fantastic place to start a journey in martial arts, and we’re so grateful to have found them!
I enrolled my grandson a little over a year ago. He was just 5 years old. He loved going to classes, and he would practise home. He and his grandfather would watch YouTube videos and then practice some more. He was ever so enthusiastic. I can’t say enough about this school. Everyone involved is fantastic. All of the Masters are exceptional. Thank you Master Jae, Master Kim, Master Han and all the rest. You are all wonderful Teachers and Human beings. I truly appreciate all of you.
