Excellent facility, all kinds of equipment, in good condition. Staff is nice, doing a great job. Pool is great; huge south-facing windows. Brand new sauna with appropriate how-to-sauna guidelines. Everybody is welcome. Has towel service. Friendly, quiet atmosphere. Idea: pool might be even nicer as saltwater. Similar cost of operation?

As of 8.12.25 Staff is still just as great as when I got my membership a year ago. Personal Trainer knows his job very well and very professional. Element Gym staff are just as great. Thanks Neal for all you do and front desk staff. This YWCA has so much to offer. As of 12.21.24 Update. I still enjoy this gym. The elliptical is my favorite, Sauna is fabulous and lifting weights on the machines. The gym is larger than it looks from the outside Great gym with a lot of equipment to choose from. Staff is friendly and Keegan at desk thanks for always being approachable if needed. My kids and I love it here and now that they're at school I've conquered my anxiety and enjoy the atmosphere of this gym. The pool, sauna and hot tub are also very clean and nice amenities. Thanks everyone for always having a smile and for being kind.
Old outdated worn out donated equipment and extremely filthy gym. I’ve been a member for a couple years and the entire time I’ve been a member the gym equipment has never been cleaned or sanitized, you have to self sanitize and let me tell you the filth from years of neglect has piled up so gross, that wherever you wipe down anything clumps of dirt fall off, the fans in the gym have never been clean as well and have piles of dust bunnies accumulated in them, and the equipment is so limited, outdated, broken, and falling apart it’s no wonder how this gym passes inspection and is still up and running, last but certainly not least this gym has to be the smallest gym I’ve ever seen it’s literally the size of a small gas station or convenience store, so it always appears packed and with only one stair master and only one smith machine and about three benches members are always waiting hours to get a turn on the machines, which is likely the reason no one has gains who attends this gym lol.
