I love these guys, and appreciate that they are efficient and work quickly to keep their visit to an hour or less. The Tech that came to my house was Ken, and he's been out to the house before. I appreciate getting to know the same people, and I think it speaks well of the company if they are retaining their employees! I whole heartedly recommend 208Geek and will continue to call on them when things at home go sideways!
I had some issues with booting after enabling TPM and Secure Boot. 208Geek was able to fix the issue, explain what went wrong, and even redo the cable management and fan layout of my PC in the span of a day. Would definitely recommend 208Geek, even if you’re someone who’s not afraid to play around in your registry. Sometimes you just need someone with more experience.
I had an older computer that needed to be updated to Windows 11. I purchased a new computer and was going to take it into Boise with my old one to transfer all my information and set it up for me. how to have some surgery on my back so I couldn’t take it down there so I happen to be looking around and found 208geek in Meridian and talked to Jacob first then Brittany and made an appointment to have Ken come out and fix everything for me! Jacob and Brittany really took their time to explain the business who they are , what they do and really help me out and then to top it off. Ken came out to the house and I didn’t know what to expect but wow, really sharp professional person what a pleasure doing business with this company. He was so fast I could not believe how fast his fingers fly through everything , very sharp, set everything up how I wanted it gave me some pointers real professional, 208geek is highly recommended. They’ve been in business for a long time and they do a great job and have a lot of great reviews. I can see why now! Thanks for all your help! Ron and Susan!
There is a reason there are so many 5 star reviews. 208GEEK are the best! I brought in my laptop and at my description Ben thought it must be DOA, but then the clinician kicked in. Within minutes he modified his diagnosis and told me there was hope. In a 24 hour turn-around I've got my computer back. Brittany was great at communicating with me all along the way. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this business.
