With its focus on 40+, semi-private coaching, early morning sessions, and convenient West Nashville location, it’s been a great fit for me. Coaches Beau, Marissa, and Chris are THE BEST—friendly, knowledgeable, strong motivators, excellent communicators, and always attentive and patient. After 4.5 months at 2x a week, I’m already seeing a difference and look forward to getting even stronger. And I love the community created here. Coach Marissa’s Saturday walks are a great way to get to know people better. This is the best investment I’ve made to my health.
360 Fitness fits perfectly in the Peter Attia longevity philosophy. I’ve worked out here for 2 years and initially I didn’t know that functional strength training was what I needed. It’s a pleasure being trained in a small group setting where every weight and exercise is adapted to me. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and give great tips. Most importantly, it is very safe, with steady but gradual gains in strength over time. I have become much stronger in a practical way. Work outs change each month to keep our bodies adapting to new stimuli. The age range of clients proves that the approach works for all. Functional strength is so important for our long term health. I’d rather spend money on quality fitness coaching than wait and spend it on prescriptions later! Try it. Your future self will thank you.
Professional and fun, encouraging and personal is how I would describe the incredible trainers. I have been attending 360 Fitness for almost 2 years and am getting stronger, making new friends, seeing my old friends and for someone who doesn’t really enjoy working out, I have to say that I (mostly) enjoy my 50 minutes twice a week. Each month the exercises change so they keep it fresh for us. There is a maximum of only 4 clients per trainer so it is very personalized. The gym is clean and parking is convenient.
When I received the gift of a free month of membership at 360 Fitness, I was thankful for an opportunity to kick start my fitness journey. But initially I saw it as just that…thirty days of trial that would be too intense to continue past that initial month, both for my hectic family/career calendars and for my already-squeezed wallet. After two weeks at 360, however, I knew whatever sacrifices that my family and I needed to make, so that I could continue my journey well past thirty days, would be 100% worth it. And it has been. 360 Fitness has been a place of support, of pushing me to see my potential, of positive reinforcement and friendship. 360 met me where I was and is consistently inspiring me to push my health goals just a little farther into the distance. The pace, the booking method, the music, the staff, the other members, and even the sweet dog Murphy are all highlights of my week. Would recommend, over and over again. Five golden stars.
