I REALLY THINK THIS IS A SERIOUS HEALTH RISK. DO NOT USE THE SAUNA. Well, carbon performance has put me in a very uncomfortable position. After leaving one review, I was contacted by the manager, trying to message me and talk to me about it after I already complained before Probably three months prior. They’ve now taken down that review And nothing has changed in the sauna. It is probably the grossest thing I’ve ever seen. There is mold everywhere and panels are visibly falling apart. And don’t even get me started on the smell.
Carbon Nations is that gym. Like… once you come here, every other gym feels illegal. The space is always clean, the equipment is top tier, the energy is unmatched, and the community actually feels like a community (which is rare and sacred). But the REAL reason this place runs so smoothly? Maddie and David. Hands down the best managers ever. Period. End of discussion. They are welcoming, professional, locked in, and genuinely care about the members. You can tell they don’t just manage a gym — they lead it. They know people by name, handle things immediately, and somehow keep everything running while still making everyone feel seen. That’s a talent. If you want a gym that pushes you, supports you, and actually feels good to walk into every day — Carbon Nations is it. Elite vibes. Elite leadership. No notes. 💯🔥
Easy 4/5 stars. The sign up, additional fees/cancellations led me to only giving it 4 stars. But the actual gym is superb and fun and has lots of nice gym goers. The staff (shoutout to my girl REGINA) helped me big time. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. She was a lifeline. Dedicated, followed up with me. Love the gym but the staff really makes it a smoother process.
Love this gym. I moved away from Nashville years ago but I always love coming to Carbon when I’m home for holidays.
