Tremendous service. We had a furnace failure emergency. Beginning of December 2025, of course it was the coldest week to that point. Kristian and his team were great. We had gotten a price about 10 months ealier because I suspected the furnace, although working fine, was getting close to the end at 20+ years. He honoured that price and realizing the situation scheduled the installation within 24 hours. The install team were fantastic, clean removal and installation. They were fun guys singing some tunes and enjoying the day while still doing a professional job, can't ask for more. After the installation we had a couple questions about the furnace, hepa filter and new wifi thermostat. We received an immediate response to our questions and all was good. I waited for about 6 weeks before writing this to make sure, at least in the short term, everything was working well and there were no issues. The American Standard furnace is quiet and works great for our home. I can absolutely recommend 365 Heating & AC and Kristian's team. Aside from being very professional they were nice people as well. What else can you ask for? Cheers!
Beware of this company - they're withholding our rebate money. We contacted the government of Ontario for information about doing some improvements in our heating and getting a rebate for it. 365 came to our door right away without us ever contacting them. They were very fast in installing whatever we needed, but now that we're waiting for them to send us our rebate linked to the heat pump they installed, they keep giving us excuses. We have waited several months and after contacting them countless times, we're still missing our rebate money, and now even the representative that sold us the heat pump has stopped responding. Don't work with them, they're scammers.
Installed a new AC unit for us and the team went above and beyond while doing so. They even helped fix an existing issue while they were on site as well which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend 365 Heating, Cooling and plumbing for your next project!

I bought a new furnace from 365 Heating. Kristian (owner) and his team were wonderful to work with. And I cannot say enough good things about Kristian, who has been so patient with my never-ending texts. They were extremely flexible to accommodate my schedule. They arrived promptly and did a good job installing a new furnace. I would definitely work with them again.
