Was in legal trouble for the first time in my life. Received a ton of letters from attorneys in the area promoting their representation. I ended up calling Mr. Weiss's office on a Friday afternoon before Christmas with a court date scheduled for the first week of January. He answered and agreed to take me on with a short notice. I feel like my legal battle was unconventional, but honestly had never been in that situation so wasn't sure (still aren't sure to be honest). Regardless, Mr. Weiss was very compassionate to my anxiety and assured me he doesnt like to lose. And he didnt! Everything was dismissed and the almost 2 years of anxiety I endured from this disappeared. Would highly recommend hiring Mr. Weiss if you are in need of a lawyer in Chattanooga. That man gave me my life back and I will be forever grateful. If you are ever reading this, thank you, sir!
