Absolute Martial Arts à Saint-Louis propose des programmes de karaté, de jiu-jitsu et de Muay Thai dans une atmosphère accueillante et familiale. Les instructeurs sont décrits comme compétents et encourageants, avec Ana (sensei de karaté) qui accueille les élèves et Master Brock qui supervise les cours. Le club met l'accent sur la sécurité, des horaires flexibles et l'aide aux élèves pour développer la confiance en soi, la discipline et la forme physique, quel que soit leur niveau d'expérience.

Hi, my name is Thomas. I joined Absolute mixed martial arts about 4 months ago. Honestly it is one of the best decisions I’ve have ever made. I was nervous at first but once you start the nerves go away and it’s safe and you can go at your own pace. I absolutely love it. The instructors are awesome with full of knowledge and have created a great system that can help anyone learn with no experience at all. Personally, I’ve gained more strength have got in way better shape since I have started, as well as built more confidence, respect, and perseverance that with help all aspects of life. Definitely would recommend to any ages because it will change your life for the better.
Absolute Martial Arts is a wonderful facility. My son has learned so much in such a short time frame. The instructors are extremely kind and helpful. My son loves coming to lessons and his confidence has grown so much already! We love Absolute Martial Arts!!!
Follow up, years Later: Absolutely amazing experience! My family continues to come each week, enjoying the journey. My kids look forward to seeing friends & growing together with real, positive life enforcing skills taught by amazing mentors. Myself: I've been participating in the jiujitsu programs for years now. The schedules are super flexible with knowledgeable professors. I have made life-long friends here & look forward to a future of continued learning with personal & martial growth. (3 years ago):The atmosphere is positive, diverse & inclusive. I did martial arts most of my life & chose this as the school for my 3 daughters. A large student base means there's always a partner to relate with & the staff is welcoming, encouraging hard worth with a family style vibe. Be ready to be greeted at the door by Ana (karate sensei ) when you walk in. Master Brock is always tentative & involved, overseeing all class work, offering hands-on constructive feedback that is welcomed by students. Even the Muay Thai instructor Eric makes students smile as they sweat. Safety Covid measures are consistent & professional. Be ready to work hard, roll, spar, sweat & commit to a better you with amazing people.
We signed our son up so he would gain self confidence& know how to defend himself. I’ve seen big improvement in his confidence level. The instructors are super nice & engaged with the students and keep them interested during the whole class. 10/10 recommend Absolute Marital Arts!
My 8yr old LOVES the karate class and sparring. We highly recommend Absolute Martial Arts. The instructors are great. They are very encouraging and respectful. Respect ranks very high here. A++ Give them a try your kids will look forward to it. Pricing is great too!
