Discovered this morning that my furnace decided to quit for good overnight. I called Abundant Air around 7 am, by 9 am a technician was at my house to assess the problem and by 6 pm I had a new furnace installed. Gavin, Eli and Adrian were all professional and went above and beyond! Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this company.

Eli and Alexander handled the installation professionally and efficiently, and Eli in particular was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all our questions without rushing. Honestly, Abundant Air is one of the best furnace companies in Winnipeg. I have dealt with other companies before, but this experience was different. Our furnace stopped working today, and we were very stressed. Abundant Air helped us replace it the same day. Gavin checked our furnace and explained everything. Alexander and Eli installed the new furnace and thermostat. They were kind, patient, and professional. Eli answered our questions and made sure we got our heat back the same day. The work was done well, and they cleaned up after. We have been going through a lot lately, with many unexpected things happening. Getting our heat back the same day really meant a lot to us. Thank you, Abundant Air. We are truly grateful. You delivered.
Amazing service from Abundant Air when our furnace went down right before the holidays. They were quick to answer our call and sent in a technician that afternoon. Because we needed a new furnace they set a meeting with Trevor their PM and he walked us through all our options. Trevor, as well as the installers. Eli and Alexander, were professional, courteous and went above and beyond. They worked hard all day to get the work done. Walked us through the new thermostat and even entertained our toddler letting him turn on the furnace. Highly recommend them to anyone that has furnace issues.
