We recently had Will visit to value our home. We were weighing up moving vs extending. Will was immediately helpful, reaching out with a rapid Wassap message (vs a call centre calling from random numbers). It really worked with the urgency that we were initially working with to find our next step. Will seemed so on it pulling up previous lay-downs of the house ahead of his visit. He then followed up quickly with a pdf giving an honest review on our value for the future and ceiling limits with an extension. That was so helpful. Thanks so much for your time!
Acen properties did such an amazing job of selling our property. I honestly couldn’t speak highly enough or recommend them enough to anyone. Brilliant marketing, brilliant strategy, always available to talk and deal with issues. And once the sale was agreed they did so much to assist with keeping the chain moving and communicating all the way through. Honestly, I would recommend these guys to anyone.
