Sierra does an excellent job working my almost non-existent eyebrows. She is always kind and welcoming no matter how long I’ve gone between appointments. I’ve been coming here for quite a few years and have never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments. The Spa is decorated nicely and has a warm welcoming vibe.
I love this place. I’ve been going here for about two and a half years or so and have had consistently good service. I usually go every six weeks for a lash lift & tint as well as a brow wax and tint. The space is clean, the women who work there are all nice, and I always come away looking and feeling better than when I went in. I always look forward to my appointments with Alana.
Alana is a gem!! So kind, loving, wonderful to be around, and excellent at what she does. I got a lash lift and tint with Alana for a special occasion. Initially it was a bit too curled up for me, but she kindly offered me a complimentary re-do and the second time it came out absolutely PERFECT. Just a very natural gentle swoop that makes my normally straight lashes visible and look way longer than usual. She genuinely cares and makes sure everyone is well taken care of. Thanks so much Alana!
Still mad about this 2 months later. Came in for an eyebrow wax. Met the owner Alana. First she brags about how she's done this for 25 years and how good she is. She also said, and I quote, "I don't do thin brows." She then proceeded to wax my eyebrows way thinner than I wanted AND take the entire tail off of my right eyebrow by accident, with seemingly no regard to my face shape. Where is this 25 years of experience? She gave me two completely different eyebrows. She knew I hated them immediately. Instead of taking accountability for her mistake and apologizing, she tried penciling in my missing brow and telling me that eyebrows grow back. She then took me around the office and had the other employees tell me they loved my eyebrows. I just wanted to cry and go home. She also blamed it on me, saying, and I quote again, "you have one donkey brow and one unicorn brow." Thanks, Alana. I've had them done many times. Never this bad. I also work in social media and need to be in front of a camera every day. It's been 2 months and my eyebrows still look bad. I'm giving 2 stars not 1 because there is another girl at this location who did a fantastic job on my lash lift and tint. First picture is my eyebrows before, second picture is immediately after, 3rd is how they look without the eyebrow pencil she put in. I hate them. Alanna ruined my eyebrows and didn't apologize or take ownership. I must have had an unlucky encounter because she has so many positive reviews. I won't tear her business down entirely, but it's only fair that people know she isn't perfect and can potentially ruin your eyebrows. I personally won't be giving her a second chance.
Wow. Just wow. Alana absolutely saved the day after we had a complete brow disaster at a different salon the day before my grandmother’s funeral. My brows and lashes have never looked so good. Alana carries her own product line, and her brow gel is the best I’ve experienced in almost 10 years of really trying with my brows. I’ve tried Anastasia, benefit, so many designer brands - nothing compares. She should charge more. I feel amazing. She even taught my partner how to do the lash lift at home because we are from out of town??? Like who does that?? Thank you, Alana, for your compassionate care and accommodation for our difficult situation. And of course, I’ll let the work speak for itself.
