They fixed my problem same day. The communication was clear about when they would be to my house. The pricing was good. Mike was super knowledgeable and very helpful with little bits of information only a plumber 10+ years would know.
Mike assessed the issue and made a solid recommendation on how to best address the issue. He also discovered an unrelated issue and helped me get the part and service I needed. He also pointed out that it was under warranty and instructed me how to get it fixed free of charge. I would highly recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.
APP did a great job running water and drain lines to my basement utility sink. Would use them again for future plumbing needs. Gavin and Dan were on time, professional and cleaned up when they were done. Would recommend to others.
Great experience upgrading an old water heater to tankless. Mike was efficient and took the time to explain what he was doing. Work looks great including venting to the exterior. Quoted $5,900, paid $5,900. Very happy the the process and the product.
Great, honest experience. I had water leaking from the piping in our half bath sink and called to get an estimate. I spoke with John (owner) and, he asked for pictures of the issue. After sending them, he quickly diagnosed the issue. He said the issue seemed very simple and would save me a trip out there and the money. All I needed to do was to tighten the lock nut as it seemed loose to him. He was right! Having someone so honest and capable is a rare combination these days. If you're looking for a plumber, I recommend John and Affordable Professional Plumbing!
