Rex and the team really came through for us this holiday season. Our boiler in our house failed on Christmas morning. Almost all companies we called were unable to respond until the new year. We were referred to Alberta General through a friend, and Rex and the team came to the rescue. Had the boiler replaced, and water and heating back on for the holidays - within 36 hours of first contact. Amazing turnaround. And a very competitive price to boot. Thanks guys!

OUTSTANDING!!! We noticed that the hot water wasn't kicking in this morning. (Of course, on the first big dump of snow in the season) Upon inspection of the water heater tank, we noticed that the seams were bulging. We've heard so many stories of the hot water tank bursting and causing a lot of water damage so we searched for a service that could come immediately. This company was nearby and we saw on Google that customers had great experiences, so we gave them a chance. Communication: Carla took our call (so grateful to hear a live person) and made arrangements for someone to come as soon as possible. She was very warm and dispatched someone to come promptly. I had notifications on my phone with the serviceman's ETA, that were updated until he arrived. Service: Trent was friendly, efficient and thorough. Our humidifier had broken down a few months ago so he replaced that too. (That saved us a whole other trip) When he was done, he invited us down to have a look at the work and explained what was done and how to maintain everything. All in all, we are pleased with the exceptional work Trent did for us as well as the overall experience with this company from start to finish. We highly recommend Alberta General Plumbing. They're a secret, low-key small company with no fuss, and no bravado. They'll probably get super busy now that the cat is out of the bag with how wonderful they are.
