I took my cross there because the ring that held it on my chain broke. Ali repaired it within 2 business days for a reasonable price. He also cleaned it and it was perfect again. It was done when he said it would be done. He was nice and professional. Thank you Ali!
I’ve been going to Ali’s Jewelry for over 10 years now, and I honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my jewelry. From family heirlooms that mean the world to me, to new diamond or gold designs, Ali has handled every single piece with such care, respect, and precision. Ali designed my sister’s pearl necklace so beautifully that she wears it all the time and constantly gets compliments. He even gold-plated my silver jewelry because I’m allergic to silver, and he’s resized my necklaces and rings perfectly every time. I live in New York City now, and I still ship my jewelry to him because I know no one else will take care of it the way he does. He’s professional, kind, and truly cares about his clients. People like him are rare.
I had an amazing experience with Ali’s Jewelry! He resized my platinum diamond ring to a smaller size, and it looks absolutely perfect, you’d never know it was altered. The stone setting is perfect, and he returned it to me in just three days, which was incredibly fast! Ali is very professional and kind. Highly recommend his services!
Could not recommend Ali’s Jewelry and watch repair more highly. I brought in a watch that needed a battery replacement and a gold bangle that had been broken. Ali fixed my watch on the spot and in a small nice touch corrected the time and date for me. I really appreciate his attention to detail. He told me the bangle repair might be noticeable but he did such an excellent job; it looked good as new when I picked it up just a few days later. I’m very impressed with his work. I’m so grateful to have found this place!
I went in to adjust my new watch's bracelet for my arm. He took the time to try out 3 configurations for me to choose from. Though I felt that the charge was a bit much for a service with no parts being sold, I understand that he's running a business, so, I'm not complaining. BTW he was upfront about the price.
