HVAC Winter Service Review I had a great experience with my winter HVAC service. The technician was incredibly kind and respectful from start to finish. They were conscious of my time, worked efficiently, and made sure I understood what was being done without ever feeling rushed. What stood out most was how mindful they were of my home — careful, clean, and respectful in every step of the process. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and genuinely considerate, but this visit checked every box. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service and installation. All staff were knowledgeable, very attentive, communicative, and helpful. The quote was prompt and pricing was very fair for the new system purchased (Lennox).The electric service technician (David Soto) truly was exceptional! While David was working installing the system under my home, he found, eliminated, and disposed of a poisonous copperhead snake (my biggest terror). I am forever grateful for his excellent service, bravery, and kindness! I highly recommend All Weather Heating & Cooling for anyone needing assistance with the purchase and maintenance of a HVAC system.
Had a great experience with technician David Soto from All Weather Heating and Cooling today (Jan. 6, 2025). He arrived early for my seasonal winter check-up appointment, was extremely patient, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand—pictures included! He took his time, didn’t rush, and even made a smart preventive suggestion about replacing the capacitor before summer months, well ahead of my summer service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
David did a great job. Showed up promptly and went right to work. He let me know about the need for a new capacitor and was able to install it right away. Showed me pictures of the measurements and explained what everything meant. Good job, very friendly, very professional
