I’ve been going to Aman Spa for a while now, and my experiences have generally been very positive. The services have always been good, and I especially love Liz — she did an amazing job with exactly what I asked for, and it was such a great massage that I still remember it. This time, however, I urgently needed a back massage and was booking last minute, so Liz was fully booked. I went with Kathlyn, who was kind and did manage to help my back, which I do appreciate. That said, the overall experience felt lacking, and I didn’t feel that all of my concerns were fully taken into consideration. Usually, I’m asked about the heat setting on the table, but this time I wasn’t. I ended up lying there feeling cold until I eventually had to ask for the heat to be turned on, which felt like a lack of attentiveness. From the beginning, it also felt like the focus would only be on my back. I had mentioned my TMJ issues, but that wasn’t addressed. While she did put a lot of work into my back, the rest of the massage felt incomplete — my arms were barely worked on, and my neck was massaged with very little pressure. Overall, I didn’t feel as relaxed or cared for as I usually do at Aman Spa. I hesitated to write this because of the many good experiences I’ve had here, but I later learned that my sister has seen Kathlyn twice and felt similarly — that the experience was lacking and didn’t reflect the high standard Aman Spa is known for.
I had a deep tissue with Kate and It was absolutely amazing!!. Decor was very nice as well.
Hubby & I rarely treat ourselves like this, but our nerves have been absolutely fried lately. This was something that we went into feeling like was an indulgence, but left feeling like it had been so wholly relaxing and resetting that it was practically necessary. We both did 60 minutes body massage plus 30 minutes face lymphatic massage. I kid you not - I look 10 years younger after that face massage!! Not immediately, but within a few days. I'm so thankful to the super skilled/intuitive therapist Jinhee, who was both a wonderfully caring/calming presence as well as a fantastic masseuse. The workers in the reception/waiting area were also so warm & welcoming. We're so glad we did this and if we return to Toronto I will definitely make sure a trip here is in the budget! Thank you!
I’ve been going to Aman Spa here in Toronto for facials, and I cannot say enough amazing things about Marcela! As a June 2026 bride, getting my skin wedding-ready is so important to me, and Marcela has truly been a game-changer in my skincare journey. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and detail-oriented — every appointment feels personalized, relaxing, and genuinely transformative. Marcela takes the time to explain what my skin needs, recommends treatments that actually work, and always makes me feel so comfortable and cared for. I leave every session glowing, refreshed, and one step closer to perfect wedding-day skin. Aman Spa as a whole is such a calm, beautiful space, but Marcela is the reason I keep coming back. She’s absolutely amazing at what she does, and I’m so grateful to have her helping me feel my best for my big day. Highly, highly recommend! ✨
I took a friend here for his birthday, and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect! Sometimes when things are very hyped up on TikTok, they fall flat in reality. However, I would say that my experience at Aman Spa was absolutely perfect. The staff were kind, accommodating, funny and so helpful. The space is absolutely gorgeous. It’s not a big spa with amenities etc., but they took the massage clinic concept and made it gorgeous and luxurious. It definitely has the aesthetics of those larger spas, and that essence carries through with little touches like fruit infused water, snacks, and tea in their waiting area. I also appreciated the touches of mouth wash, mints, etc. in the treatment rooms. So lovely! The service itself was a dream. I had their Hydrate Facial with Marcela, and it was probably the MOST relaxing experience I’ve ever had. I’m a big spa person, but nothing yet has topped this. Her touch was so soothing, caring and gentle yet her process was effective, and my skin looks great. She was so friendly and she really put me at ease. This has made me very eager to try their most famous treatment, the Face Pilates. My friend had their 60 Minute Relaxation Massage with Sameer, and he left saying he felt light as a feather. He too felt so incredibly relaxed, and said that Sameer really took the time to explain things to him and help treat the areas that felt particularly tense. He called it a 10/10 experience, and I would say the same. Thank you so much to Aman Spa for being totally worth the hype! You are an oasis in the hustle and bustle of the big city :)
