I was looking for a same-day foam poster print for a costume. While they couldn’t do the print exactly, they worked with me to print a few things and get me 90% the way there! Really friendly staff and great customer service.
The owner is very rude and condescending and won’t help you if you have any questions about sizing or print quality. He also will cut you off multiple times while trying to speak. Been using them for years. I’ll find a better printer who is kinder and knows their stuff.
Fast, quality printing and very nice and helpful counter staff. My go to spot for any high quality print jobs.
When I initially placed my order, the young lady who helped me was nice and accommodating. The owner or manager (not sure who he was) was very condescending and rude. Kept telling me how I emailed my document to them was going to take a long time and how they don’t like to get them that way, etc. Wouldn’t let the young lady help me. Kept interfering with our conversation. Everything was negative. Kept reminding me of the price as if I didn’t have money. I should have known THEN. Fast forward 3 WEEKS LATER, I go in to pick up my order, assuming it is ready because I placed it 3 weeks ago. Never got a call, email, or anything letting me know it was ready, but I just knew 3 weeks was ample time to print some copies. I get there and the price is different from what they quoted and my order is not ready. I’m told it’s going to be another hour and if I want to “proceed” then I can…well of course I want to proceed! I have no choice. I needed them for the very next day!! I will never return here or recommend this place. The service is horrible and there was very little to no communication about my order. This was for my mom’s birthday party and I brought them my documents in PLENTY of time because I don’t like doing things last minute. My time and money are precious and I will never do business here again and I suggest you don’t either.
This place was recommended to me by a art store that I recently went into. I needed prints for an upcoming art show. The girl there was so helpful and she helped me pick out the best paper for it. The price for everything was perfect. I love how my prince turned out. I definitely will be going back in the future. Thank you!
