I normally have exceptional experience at this office. Today I received inadequate cleaning from a very inexperienced young dental assistant. She was even trying to tell me that my insurance would not pay for my visit and she did not clean my teeth to the expectation that I have received in the past. .,. and it turns out that my insurance was going to cover the visit.
Dr. Khiria took care of me with fitting new dentures and performing extractions. Dr. Khiria takes the time to explain everything that she does and answers questions with patience. She eased my anxiety and explained the procedure in a way I could understand. I am 86 years old. The office staff is friendly and helpful and addressed all our needs. I highly recommend this dental practice.
This office is the #1 choice for my dental work, always have a wonderful experience. I mean, dental work is not something any of us yearn for, But a friendly environment, friendly and accommodating staff make the experience a lot more pleasant.
I’ve been coming here for a long time, 20 years if I had to guess. No one likes going to the dentist and I’m no different. I have sensitivity and just bad teeth/gums genetically. My hygienist is gentle with me and my sensitive teeth. The dentist is gentle and quite cognizant of my issues as well. I’ve had quite a few urgent issues - not a surprise given my mouth is filled with crowns and fillings - and have always been able to get in quickly.
Linda was the best!!! Lovila did an excellent job for my teeth cleaning. The staff all seem so nice. Great Dentist. The Dentist was the best that I have ever gone to, Mark is the best. Like an artist.
