The person who answered the phone was extremely difficult to deal with. He was very disrespectful. He's attitude and competence matched his unprofessionalism. If I knew he called his customers "dude", I would've never wasted my time, or why I would even be questioned how an accident occurred without him asking what part that was damaged. Customer training is definitely required along with standard car parts.
Great service! If I ever need cosmetic work done to my car, Angelo the owner will make sure it comes out in perfection! I recommend anyone that needs work done on their car to A&S :)
Came in on a Monday, and talked to Angelo, at first about my car, but then about where our family’s are from in Italy, sports, and the importance of caring about what you do, and why you do it. By the end of our conversation I felt totally confident that my car was in good hands, and after I got my quote I felt even more comfortable by the price. Fair price for good work, and after picking my car up I couldn’t be happier. I didn’t even recognize my car at first because of how much I had gotten used to the way it looked, and now it looks as good as the day I got it. Thank you for everything Angelo, I couldn’t recommend you enough.
My car was hit, and I went to see Angelo on Monday since he was referred to me by a friend I trust. He gave me a quote, let me drop it off the same day, and had it fully repaired by Friday! His customer service was excellent, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I was beyond happy with the quick turnaround and great experience, and I’ll be referring family and friends to him exclusively. I joked that I hope we don’t have to cross paths again, but if I ever need repairs, I know he’ll have my back! Check out the pictures of the before and after to see for yourself!! I brought my 2018 Durango to A&S for a quote. He quoted me half of what others had quoted after some body shops said they couldn't help me at all. I dropped the car off on Wednesday and by the next Wednesday, it was like the damage never happened. I worked with Angelo who was very knowledgeable and professional the entire time. I will absolutely recommend anyone who needs body work here.
