Excellent service and very professional team! AS Special Events Party & Tent Rentals exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and well-organized from start to finish. The quality of the tents and event equipment was outstanding, and everything was delivered and set up on time without any issues. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other companies, especially for the level of service they provide. Highly recommended for any event — I would definitely use them again!
this is my second (and hopefully soon third!) time using AS special events rentals for my programs and i’ve had incredibly amazing, competent, thoughtful, warm, fast, and kind professionalism and efficiency working with Zohra each time. my colleague reached out to her from BC, and i’ve worked with her since. any team is so lucky to have her — she’s a star !! :)
I have rented from AS 3x now and every time has been very pleasant. They are professionals who know how to treat their customers, even with smaller orders. Ordering and pick up is a breeze, the staff is friendly and respectful, the multiple payment options convenient and even returning is very easy. I would 💯 recommend them for your event needs.
We had a great experience overall. We were able to offer more competitive pricing than similar vendors in the area, and communication throughout was excellent. Responses and contract adjustments were easy and very quick. A standout detail was the condition of the white fanback chairs — all were clean, well-maintained, and ready to use. Delivery was prompt and efficient. Although pickup occurred later than scheduled, it didn’t cause any issues, and the AS SE team handled the adjustment with professionalism and a great attitude. The delivery process was handled with care. The chairs were securely strapped and transported on well-maintained dollies, which were left onsite for our convenience. Everything was safely maneuvered through a busy corporate environment without any concerns.
I’ve been using AS Special Events for over 6yrs. They are a preferred vendor and I always recommend them to my clients. I recently planned a birthday celebration for my husband. The venue had no furniture so I immediately contacted AS Special Events. I also rented all glassware and serveware from them for an elevated guest experience. They were fantastic from the first email inquiry to the delivery and tear down. They are very responsive to emails, when I requested changes they did it right away and they were readily available to answer all my questions. Their furniture really elevated the look of the event and I am so happy. I highly recommend AS Special Events for all your event rental needs.
