Came to simply ask for a replacement leather band to be put on my watch, even brought the replacement band. I was told the holes on the new band were too small to attach.... so make it bigger?? It isn't steel or metal. It's leather. You're a repair shop. Won't be back. Update: Went down the street to Time Keepers and thr guy was able to do it in about 15min on the spot.
Excellent jeweler’s efficient, the prices are fantastic and the owner works with you. Had two watches fixed and he did an excellent job. Please give him a try you won’t regretted.

Great little shop located on Montrose. Very friendly, I took in a couple of watches for batteries (which they were able to do on the spot) and two bracelets for repair. They were even able to locate a stone for one of my bracelets which I wasn't expecting to be able to replace. Item of note: They prefer cash payment, they do accept major credit cards but you are charged a 4% fee which they are up front about, but pending what you are having done that could really add up.
