Tons of broken things. All the products I was interested in had minor defects. I asked staff what socket this lamp uses and they told me to “go figure it out myself”. I’d rather just go on Amazon
It's this gigantic warehouse filled with homegoods. Row after roww filled with decorative supplies. Staff is personable and friendly.
The worst store!!!!! Today I went to buy some Christmas trees and one wasn't the one that be in the picture I went to exchange it and they told me it wasn't the one from the store and that they had switched it. They called me a liar and when I tried to defend myself, the manager told me I was causing a disturbance and to leave. I've never been called a liar in my life and I've never been kicked out of anywhere. Very bad experience, I'm never going back to that store. At home… educate your employees!!!!! Go to Hobby Lobby instead, they treat you well there and the store is much better!! It was in Austin store
November 2024 Looking for holiday items? Then this place is for you where has to have to most assortment to suit your needs. Their inflatables are huge! They have lots of artificial trees to choose from like tradition, big and small, eccentric, and different colors. Be prepared to spend a lot of time here where the holiday decorations are nicely organized like a Pinterest grouping. they also have lots of gift items too. I purchased a small pre-lit tree and was perfect. It was good quality, but also walked out with other small items for gifts. The staff are friendly and checkout was fast.
Decent home decor store with some items out of stock once in a while. Very well laid out so makes most things easy to find out. Quite a large area so lots of choices among items too.
