Called them up and they were able to see me the next day for a dash cam installation. They did a fantastic job and installed everything exactly where it needed to be, and how it needed to be.
I had a very disappointing experience with this radio installation business. I paid a $1000 deposit to schedule a radio and speaker installation but had to cancel. When I requested a refund of my deposit, they refused only offering to refund $500. Shaun stated they have a no refund policy on merchandise but I didn’t purchase anything. I called to cancel the work 5 days in advance and communication with Shaun became insulting and condescending. I asked to speak to the owner and was denied. I DO NOT recommend this business based on my experience and suggest others be cautious before paying a deposit. SCAMMERS
Went in for a simple car play and my guy Steve/sean off the bat qouted me $1500. I said that was out of my budget and he said…. ( well if u want your car to run and work properly… ) sorry but gtfo here man. Yall are screwing people over. Hope Steves not the owner… there is more BS this guy was telling me but i walked out. Better audio places around that care about ur actual needs and not just sell u random shit i dont need.
I went into this store inquiring about increasing the sound in my car. It was suggested that I need an amplifier that totaled to $1300. I read great reviews on this audio shop and most said affordable. My overall experience here was horrible, from the nasty non-professional attitudes from one of the guys. I did not feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer until I paid for said service. The day I picked up my car, we had a sound test & I was not happy. I expressed concern but wavered it as the main guy I dealt with, expressed how he was going through personal issues and was trying to remain professional although he did a pretty crappy job doing so. My base in my car is complete trash now and I’m just not happy with my results or experience. This is my experience at audio916!
Went I for my stereo not working - they looked at it immediately and got it working. No charge! I inquired about an upgrade and put a deposit down. I expected a call in a couple days but got one in less than an hour! The model was back ordered but if I was okay with the new floor model, they would install it now. What a great job they did too. It looks amazing! Can’t recommend them highly enough!
