I visited Austin Salt Room once and immediately ended up purchasing a membership… that’s how great the experience was. Everyone I’ve met who works there has been incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I noticed immediate relief from a slight stuffy nose due to allergies, and my breathing felt noticeably clearer by the end of the session. The space itself is so calm, soothing, and peaceful…truly a place where you can fully relax and reset. I also love the tea options they offer, which feels like such a thoughtful touch. I’m really excited to see the long-term benefits of going regularly and can already tell this will be a part of my wellness routine. Highly recommend! There is a parking lot behind the building. :) The big room is only scheduled with four people at a time, so that it doesn’t feel crowded or overwhelming. And they also have a smaller private room with a 30 minute option for express relief.
The Austin Salt Room is one of my favorite places in this beautiful city!! Isabel has created a true healing oasis!! I have been dealing with mold, environmental, and food allergies for many years, and the Salt Room has been a game changer for targeting the inflamation from these sensitivities!! So thankful to have this salty goodness just down the street!! Salty Single Session Update: Wow!!! I had no idea that I would love this swinging chair as much as I do!! Alyssa having my favorite whale songs already playing when I arrived was the magical icing on top of an already magical experience!! So happy for this special place and all the lovely salty queens who work here!! ✨️✨️✨️
Absolutely love this spot! Denver has a ton of salt therapy rooms and moving to Austin I drove by and decided to book online. It’s beautiful and helps my breathing so much with the allergies out here or any cold! Alyssa at the front desk is very knowledgeable and so fun to be greeted by! Definitely come check it out
We booked a private play session with Isabel. She was warm and inviting, and very knowledgeable about the benefits of salt therapy. Our kids had a great time playing, and we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful ambiance. My sinuses and skin both feel great and we are hoping for a great night’s sleep for all tonight! The music and delicious tea selection added to a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Austin Salt Room if you are seeking relaxing adult time or a new and different playtime experience for your kids! We will definitely be back!
Isabelle was amazing! This is my first time doing a salt room, and I will definitely be back. The aura and vibes she gives off adds to the calming feeling you’ll get once you enter the Salt Room!! Bring a book with you just in case, as electronics are not advised
