Unpleasant front desk staff. Excruciating experiences on the back end trying to contact their billing department for being overcharged at the point of service. I regret coming here. The headache of dealing with their 800 numbers to get help is worse than the reason I went to the urgent care to be seen in the first place.
Great place to get seen right downtown. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Which I can't say for other urgent cares outside downtown. The staff was very sweet to me

If anyone ever asks me if I can recommend a good urgent care, this one will be the first place I recommend. everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and genuinely wanted to help. The front desk staff was pleasant, the person who took me back to the exam room was very pleasant, and the doctor was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. When my visit was over, I was given paperwork with a lot of helpful information on how to manage my medical conditions.
