Been waiting for the last 20 or so minutes ordered on their screen. No queue but I just didn't know what to get . In the time I was there they prepared approx 4 meals between 2 staff. Staff unable to close the burrito that they advertise. No receipt given either for me to contest with staff. Should've gone to slim chickens
I was served by Paul and Aaron who were great. Talked me through everything and what was what and what it tasted like. Really friendly and approachable. Made it so much easier for someone who was not sure.
Highly recommended! The food was delicious and freshly prepared. There's a wide selection, and you can choose what goes into your burrito. They also offer meat alternatives, such as planted chicken for vegetarians/ vegans, which was really good. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated, with plenty of seating options. I would definitely come back. It's also great for students; they offer a student discount through their app. 🌯
The ambience was nice, but the food and service were disappointing. The nachos were okay, but the chicken in the wings and burritos had a strange smell. Staff weren’t very friendly either.
Visited the Liverpool One store and it was 10/10. The service was genuine and meaningful. I can't remember the 2 members of staff's names, but one of them was an Irish Lady and she was brilliant! The burrito bowl came with so much choice, the toppings etc and extras that are optional are so tasty and they really add value to the burrito bowl. I always go here in Liverpool for the quality and freshness of the fillings and toppings. Very happy and look forward to my return. The app is a must as well for collecting stamps and they give you a free burrito on your Birthday! 😁
