Fernanado applied a solution to my daughter's hair that caused a severe allergic reaction to her scalp and ruined her hair. She was going into anaphylactic shock and they gave her Benedryl. She has burns and sores all over her scalp. When I approached Mila the owner she said they aren't responsible and had no insurance to cover such a claim. I would definitely not recommend their services to anyone.
I do not recommend this business for one main reason: they do not know how to handle customer dissatisfaction and fail to take responsibility for their customers' money while providing value. Although you have taken my money, I will share my experience widely so that others are aware of what happened. I hope you will reconsider your values and treat other people's money with respect and humility.
Liars and scammers!! They took the money for 100 hair extensions but installed way less!!! My hair looks horrible!!! When I messaged them, they blocked me. Such disrespectful people. They tricked me. Unfortunately, I had to start legal action this morning. They are real scammers. My hair is in terrible condition. Horrible. If you love your hair, stay far away from them!!!
Anna is the best! After moving to Miami I was struggling to find a good master, and had some really bad experience. Now, finally, my hair is in a good hands. Highly recommended!
Beauty Lock Hair Extensions is the best salon for anyone looking to get hair extensions. They specialize in this service. Mila does my hair and she is absolutely amazing, talented and meticulous. No one can ever tell I have extensions and are always surprised when I tell them!! I’ve also seen the work of the other stylists, and they’ll all fantastic too. The salon is spotless, beautifully maintained and has a relaxing atmosphere. The prices are fair given the level of expertise. If you are considering hair extensions, this is the place to go.
