Tried this boxing class for the second time and absolutely loved it. Such a brilliant workout – full body, high energy, and seriously great for fitness. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, with a great group vibe that made it even more enjoyable. Whether you're a total beginner or looking to level up your training, this class delivers. I left feeling stronger, fitter, and buzzing Walking like John Wayne like but worth it. Cheers Steve, see you the next time I've visiting!
Brilliant class! I started in January and already seeing big improvements in my strength, fitness and boxing technique. Pushed to my limits in just about every class and feeling the benefit of it. Steve is a brilliant trainer and the group have all been very friendly and welcoming.
I was travelling with work from England to Belfast and my team suggested I come and join this class of a mixture of boxing, endurance and strength training. Walking into the class I was welcomed by Steve, Tyler and the group, they made me feel at ease instantly. What a great class, if you are thinking of joining, don't think, do it! You won't be disappointed. Until next time, I will be back. Thank you for a great workout with great people!
This is a great class! I had no experience with boxing and Steve (the instructor) is great at teaching the techniques and getting the best out of you. Seriously good strength and cardio workout and good fun. Would highly recommend!
Joined the class 2 months ago and starting to feel the benefit both physically and mentally. Never boxed before or did excercise this dynamic, anyone can take it up. Fantastic group of people and trainer Steve is different class, brilliant motivator and pushes you individually with clear instruction and variety, aided in the background with pumping tunes (only downside is that he always always plays "it's raining men" he always seems happiest during that song 🎵 😉 🤣)
