Truly grateful to Khanh for all of his help and support. Moving is stressful, and moving across the country is particularly arduous. With Khanh, however, the lease and move-in process was seamless, stress-free, and one less thing to have to worry about. The process was nerve wracking but Khan was great! He was able reassure me during what seemed like bad times. He was also knowledgeable about the property and the community.
Charles was so very helpful throughout the whole process. I sold 3 other houses over the years so I have been through this before. We fired 2 other realtors for this house before hiring Charles at Berkshire Hathaway The Loft, he really came through for us. We're so grateful to Todd + Victoria for helping us buy our first home as a couple! They were patient as we worked through what we wanted in a home, and helped us look at many, many houses all throughout Detroit. It was important to us to stay in the City, and they helped us make that happen! Todd has been in the City for a while and is really knowledgeable about all of the neighborhoods. Victoria has a good eye and strategy for helping find the right home that aligns with what you're looking for (plus she is bilingual and speaks Spanish, which was really helpful when we included our parents in the process). Plus, they were both great at describing how the process goes and advocating for our needs as buyers. And their communication was awesome! They always responded quickly and followed up on everything so we weren’t ever in the dark or worried. Thank you both for being a part of our home buying journey!
