What a great company. Even though I did not buy my Aventon electric bike from them they agreed to service my derailer problem. Initially they thought the bike would possibly need a new derailer which would cost $200 or more. When I picked up my bike the bill was $30 for a cable adjustment. Cannot say enough about theses guys.
I visited all 3 locations while shopping for my bike. I received excellent service and information from everyone I spoke to about the Pace 4. Everyone was very accommodating to my needs. Once I purchased the bike I have had excellent service regarding support with using my bike. All my questions were answered. It has been a great purchase!
Robb was helpful and informative. He didn’t try to upsell me. Which I appreciate. He went over the bike in detail. He also helped me get the back in my car! I rode around Fiesta Island as soon as I left the store. Very happy with my purchase! Thank you
Rob and the staff at Bicycle Warehouse are first class. My online order was processed, shipped, and ready for pick up within a couple days. Customer service was excellent. The Pace 4 we picked up looks fantastic and the quality is great. This is our second Aventon bike and love it! The price was competitive, especially when you consider the quality and reliability of the Aventon brand.
I bought some shoes online and there was some confusion about the pricing, (not a big deal just took a bit of time), Rob could of been a prick about it and not called me to let me know the order was ready but instead he called which is more then I expect most would do. I got to store and the selection of parts, bikes, accessories was massive. This shop is impressive and the people employed stand obviously do the right thing by customers. I would recommend this place to anyone, online or in person.
