Really bad customer service when I went for a passport picture. Bad quality and didn't even showed it before printing. I had to pay elsewhere to get a better quality picture.
I took in an expensive piece of jewelry to this this FedEx store. I hated to tell them that it was expensive because I was afraid they might steal it. I had to tell him because I wanted to ensure In The only let me insure it for 1000 and it is worth 2100. I suspect that one of the employees stole it because it was supposed to be in his destination by noon The next day and it’s a day after that and it’s still not in if this doesn’t get resolved and it is a need lost. I’m going to report it to the FDA and I’m gonna have it all over Nextdoor all over Facebook. The Fedex employees stole an item that I shipped out.
Honestly, every time I come in, I have wonderful service. Friendly people work here, and they help me get my tasks done. Whether it's shipping or returns. I actually enjoy coming to this location, so wanted to share.
I have been coming to this store for over 20 years and could not be happier with this location. Particularly, I cannot say enough about the level of service and professional of the team here formerly under Robert and now under the AMAZING Ryan !! Ryan’s leadership, kindness, customer service and attention to detail are second to none. Looking forward to another 20 years!! Thank You ✨✨
The staff is very helpful and very friendly. The store itself is kind of a mess. But maybe it was after a busy day when I was there. I would absolutely go back and recommend others.
