Great facility-just not a great contract I joined this facility and then my husband got a job out of state. I used it for a month, which was great. However it IS pricey at $249/month. The contract is a 3 month minimum. Unfortunately this was not communicated when I went into the location to inform them I was moving out of state. The result, I incurred 2 additional charges totaling $498.00 of which the owners refused to refund. Would not recommend due to being locked into a 3 month minimum contract. What if I hadn’t move and simply didn’t like it? $700+ down the drain.
This place is incredible! I went here to cold plunge and do the sauna, which made me feel like I was a brand new person afterward. It’s the best way to completely reset! Also, Rachelle is awesome and so friendly. She made me feel so welcomed and was very patient with me. I highly recommend this place!
Today we brought my daughter in for the red light therapy because allergens are getting the best of her runny nose and cough so after some pho soup and PHO3009 we went to Bioworks for a treatment and after her treatment in that room where the air is salty she came out feeling better! She’s still doing great!! I’ve done the cold plunge a few times and loved it along with the contrast (red light sauna like booth next to cold plunge. I felt so good after those procedure! My daughter liked the cold plunge too and slept like a baby that evening after having done it. . My daughter has also done the cryo and did very well after a track meet or maybe before it. I really like this place especially the staff and owners. They are friendly professional and they know their stuff! I’m so glad they’re here in Cibolo and I highly recommend this establishment especially if you’re not feeling 100 percent ! Cold plunges help reset my vagus nerve Feel i wanted to add to my previous review! on April 23 I went in for an IV drip to boost my immune system as well as had a sit session in the ozone red light therapy room! I was not feeling well coughing just under the weather but after the drip and the ozone red light therapy I am feeling more like myself! I am so happy I went today and I’m looking forward to a night without coughing! When I left bioworxs I felt so much better that I went to HEB then came home and cooked!! I will be using this establishment when I am not feeling well or for a time up! Once again the staff is amazing! I’m glad I went here instead of the doctor ! My co pay cost more than an ozone red light therapy Session and the IV drip was a few dollars more than the bill I would have gotten after the doctor visit! No stress either !! Ronnie is very helpful and did an amazing job putting my IV in!
I love, love this place. Its very inviting and clean. B-12 shots are are my favorite, they help me get through mid-week hump. The leg compressions feel so good afterwards. The staff is very knowledgeable and approachable. Ronnie knows his stuff!
I found this place searching for a B12 shot, came in, got my B12 shot, and bought it—a recovery package. I did 3 minutes of cryo, 30 minutes in the Vitality booth, and now 30 minutes of compression. All I want to do is sign everyone up. I feel great. 10/10. I could not recommend this place enough, and the owners are extremely nice! Also, it is insanely affordable if you have ever gone anywhere else.
