I love the Lovers location. My favorite class is the Sound bath classes. The instructions are great and as a late evening/night class it calms me and gets me ready for bed fully relaxed.
A friend convinced me to take a public class for the first time here and I loved the experience despite my nervousness! Specifically, Jake’s slow flow on Sundays is a wonderful way to relax at the end of the week when I can make it! When I came in for my first class I told him I was new to it and he was extremely supportive before we got started and helpful during the class. He took the time to walk me through the best way to stabilize my form before attempting to balance myself for a pose I was really struggling with. I’ve gone to a couple classes at this one and many others at the Skillman location. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!
Black Swan is hands down my favorite yoga studio in the Dallas–Fort Worth area—and it’s also the most affordable. With a wide variety of teachers and classes, it’s easy to find something that fits your pace and skill level. 10/10 recommend!
Have been coming here recently through class pass and love it! It’s a very affordable and nice place to do yoga. The lights and black floors make a nice atmosphere. From my experience all the classes have been heated. Another review said it felt too ‘clique ish’ to them but I have not gotten that vibe at all during my beginner flows. Only downside is the blocks always stink! It reeks once you get close to the block wall. Idk if they sanitize them or if that’s something they rely on us to do. But if so maybe they could communicate that better to us. Overall great place for the price.
I love this studio-especially Alex's 6am Power Flow, he is so funny and I love his approach to the practice. Long warm ups at a 6am class are essential!! He has great flows and the class always flies by! I like the other teachers I have taken here as well. Really great bang for your buck. I started going to Black Swan when I lived in Austin and I'm so happy to have found some new favorite teachers here in Dallas.
