Blake is a fantastic trainer! He is incredibly knowledgeable, super welcoming and very professional. He’s very knowledgeable on each muscle, its function and how to train using proper form. I always found Blake’s workouts challenging, yet fun! He pushes you, but always understands and respects your limits - this allowed me to place a large amount of trust with Blake.
