I always have the best time at Bliss!! I have been working out here for 3 years and have loved the variety of group classes in addition to individual trainings. Mona is such a wonderful teacher. As someone who used to hate working out, Bliss makes going to class fun!
Bliss has been a welcome addition to my routine as I reconnect with fitness and general well-being. Moana and the team have created a safe and comfortable space for folx of all types to gather, move, lift, play, and connect. Classes are fun and upbeat, with mods available for all body types and experience levels, and I always look forward to whatever fun/crazy activities they've cooked up to keep it all fresh each week.

I’ve taken group classes with both Mona and Kelly, and I’ve also done personal training with Kelly. A few years ago, I made a conscious decision to heal my relationship with movement. I just had the best training session at Bliss Fitness and Health. It was challenging and interesting and worked my whole body. Mona puts together thoughtful training sessions that fit the individual. They are fun while making me work to my capacity. And Mona suggests tweaks to the exercise in the moment to help you get the most out of it. I highly recommend Bliss Fitness.

Absolutely Amazing 🤩 Both my spouse and I had phenomenal massages from Mona!! 👍 Super quick online registration to sign the waiver in advance. Simple one page informational form to fill out upon arrival. She went over things thoroughly, but efficiently. She was warm, friendly, professional and highly competent. Checked in on the pressure during the service, and overall, obviously very skilled. Highly recommend 💗 You will not be disappointed 🥳
