Dr. David Costello & his staff went above and beyond for my cat Lux. My regular vet being closed on a Saturday, I reached out to Blue Cross with concerns about my cat. The staff was so gentle and caring to both me and Lux, got us in right away and were very prompt with assisting us. Dr. Costello is extremely knowledgeable, honest and kind. I am extremely thankful for the team here - and will continue to use them for any emergencies. I wish I got the staff names, there was a gentleman, and two females working that day who exceeded all expectations.
Blue Cross animal hospital is the most caring vet I’ve ever been too. Our cat has an ongoing chronic issue and all the staff, vet techs and office admin have been so wonderful and supportive. Special shout out to our vet, Dr Costello for always taking such good care of our boy!
I've brought my cat Chives here about 3 times now, as a new patient, for an ear infection, and most recently for an annual check up and vaccine booster. The staff are very kind and accommodating and really love my cat which helps put her and myself at ease whenever we visit. I recommend this animal hospital because the most important part of a veterinary team isn't just professionalism and diligence, but a genuine love for animals as well.
Dr Costello and his team are the best I have ever experienced. They are kind and compassionate professionals who look after not only our pets, but also look after our hearts. Exemplary Service. In a world where face to face Customer Service has been replaced by technology. This is outstanding service. I would and have recommended Blue Cross Animal Hospital to all of my friends, family and neighbors. I drive in from Guelph for my little Gia. We have been at this vet for about one year. Dr.Juliana is an amazing woman and it’s clear she cares about your animals. She’s the type of person who tells you how it is but in a very educated manner and she gives you all perspectives. I love how she explains all the side effects, potential risks and benefits. Her honesty gives a sense of comfort and she has my full confidence in her ability to care for my animal. The staff are kind and understanding, as well as friendly. The facility is clean and organized, all the animals that come in are well handled too. If you’re looking for a vet I highly suggest Blue Cross Animal Hospital for your next qualified and educated vet. Pics to make your day a little better :)
