My husband and I went into Bob’s Discount Furniture in Wauwatosa looking for a couch, and we ended up having a great experience. We loved more than one option, and our Guest Experience Specialist, Deshawn G., was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. This was our first time buying a couch in person, and Deshawn really took the time to listen to what we needed. He walked us through several options, let us try them out, and even priced everything out for us so we could compare and make an informed decision without any pressure. We actually left without buying anything, but as we drove away, we realized we wanted to go back and purchase the couch from Deshawn specifically. After how incredible he was with us, we wanted to make sure he received credit for the sale. Thanks to Deshawn and the team at Bob’s for such a positive experience!
My experience at this store was very nice. I was looking for an accent chair for the living room. And the salesperson that I had was very knowledgeable, and he showed me every chair, and took the time to show me everything. I picked out 2 chairs that I was interested in and said that I would come back. I went back this week. And I ordered the one share that I was interested in, and I'm just waiting for it to be delivered.
After visiting Ashley, Colders, and Steinhafel’s, I walked out frustrated from each one. The sales consultants either didn’t listen to what I wanted or were way too pushy. When I walked into Bob’s, I was greeted by Jacob and the experience was completely different. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he immediately took me to the perfect couch that checked every box. He was by far the BEST person I’ve ever worked with when it comes to buying furniture. I highly recommend going to Bob’s for any of your furniture needs. The entire team was a 10/10. I’ll definitely be back to see Jacob in the future. Thanks again to the whole team!
I had such an amazing experience with my mom. Soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Brandon and offered some refreshments. It was our first time in the store, so he introduced us to the layout of where to find everything. He asked what we were looking for and also made recommendations. I love the fact that he listened and was very patient with us and also gave us time to look and was available for any questions we had. I like that he didn’t hover over us. Customer service was above and beyond. Bob’s was our first stop and usually I don’t do purchases from the first location, especially for furniture, but Brandon was so amazing and the prices weren’t bad. We purchased a bed set as well as living room set. We will be back to continue buying for her dinning area. I love the store and the prices so much that I suggest to bring a location to Houston. I would definitely buy all my furniture from Bob’s.
I recently purchased a four-piece king bed set from Bob’s Furniture. Deshawn provided invaluable assistance in making an informed purchasing decision during our visit to the store. The delivery and installation were completed within approximately three to four days of the order date. The installation was seamless, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I intend to make another purchase in the future.
