I was in town for work this week and decided to drop in for a Pilates class at BodyBar — so glad I ended up in Linnea’s class! I’ve been practicing for a while (not a beginner, but definitely not a pro), and her teaching style really stood out. The class had a great flow — challenging but approachable — and her cueing was clear and supportive throughout. Linnea’s energy is so warm and encouraging; she made the whole experience feel really welcoming and intentional. I left feeling strong, grounded, and grateful I got to squeeze this into my trip. If I lived in the area, I’d be a regular for sure!
I absolutely love my experience at Bodybar Pilates! I’ve never felt more in tune with my body—the concept of “mind-muscle connection” finally clicked for me here.
