Love shopping here, the staff is lovely and the selction of plants is so vast! Pricing is fair and the store is clean and beautiful, i could spend hours in there. OH and I've never had any issues with bugs which is AWESOME! Thank you again for such a lovely experience.
They have such great plants. Bought a couple about a month or 2 ago and needs to repot the because they were growing so great, but the sunshine soil mix we got (the same mix we initially got from them the first time) had fungus gnat eggs and now my living room is INFESTED with them! You can’t sit without having a couple fly at you. The picture is just one of 10 sticky traps I have Wanting to warn people before they buy any soil!
First of all, the service - absolutely wonderful, they address concerns and make sure you are happy with the purchase. Second - plants, their diversity is impressive and the ability of workers to keep them so healthy is worth an applause. Third -price, really can't beat the prices for a majority of the plants this place carry. Forth is the local delivery, as a person who doesn't own a car in Edmonton and generally doesn't leave the house I love that! Will be shopping here again ✨️🤗
Happy early birthday to ME and what better way to celebrate life...but with new PLANTS!! If you have not checked out Botaniful in North Edmonton then you are missing out!! They have a huge assortment of any and every kind of plant you would ever want and a stunning healing crystal section as well! Jaycee was SUPER helpful in picking out my new green babies.
I have had amazing customer service from this store. All of the plants that I have purchased from Botaniful are absolutely flourishing,! They have provided me with excellent plant care advice. I was absolutely thrilled when my juvenile Monstera started to grow fenestrated leaves just a few weeks after I bought it! Since I am unable to go into the store, the staff have carefully chosen and sent me my new plants with the utmost care.
