From the time inordered the couches it was a night mare. The sales guy talked on card insurance in which I never agreed upon saying he would cancel it in a week. 1 later the couches show up and it's the same couch. I ordered 1 love set with a console and got 2 3 seater couches delivery guys refusd to pick out the second couch and inhave no room to do anything. No one answers the phone e unless you call the finance line for them to get money from you. The 2 managers lied saying someone would call me back and even the delivery guy said they wee different couches afyer I questioned it. Lies lies lies! Save youveself a n9ght mare and DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE SCAMMERS AND LIARS! UNTIL TILL THE CORRECT THEIR PROBLEM I WILL BE CALLING EVERY SINGLE DAY AND IF THEU DO NOT RESPOND I WILL BE GOING TO THE STORE TO COMPLAIN. Also packaging was damaged on way into my apartment but the delivery guys. I wouldnt have had to be verbally abusive if you first lady didn't tell me she couldn't do anything or have you send me in a call loop or your sales person mess up the order if you want to cancel everything be my guest I'll goto a real company that cares about there customers! Won't mess up a first time buyer who planned on filling an apartment. If I have concerns next time I'm just going right to the store to deal with it rather then play tag on the phone. Also I was told Tuesday not Thursday. Maybe get all the answers before retaliating

I really appreciated being left to figure out what we wanted in the store. No pressuring into one thing vs another. The furniture delivery was efficient and smooth. 4/5 because I think the way they carried the chair in the house put strain on one side of the chair as they carried it putting all the weight on the one side/arm and it wiggles and is loose. Will be calling tomorrow to ask and see if there’s a way to snug it up/what should be done. Overall though, I’m still happy with my shopping experience with Leon’s.

Ahmed was a great help. We bought the “Feeling Connected” modular sectional by Connex. Love it! Looks great. So comfortable, fits our smaller space great. I’ve been looking for a new couch for years and this one was super reasonably priced on sale too. It was in stock and delivered in 4 days. Delivery was also fantastic. I love that you can track it right to your house and know when to expect them.

Driver's were very courteous and moved all the pieces into the house. Only thing was they removed the packaging from the recliners but left it at my back gate..I had assumed that they had taken it. Am I responsible for disposal of all packaging? The plug on the bottom of the double recliner keeps unplugging itself from the bottom of the unit..is there a trick to keep it inserted into the appliance?

Sales person was very helpful. We told her what we were looking for, she showed us all the options she had. Tried get us the lowest price even on sets that weren't on sale. The buying experience was pleasant, no pushy sales tactics. She contacted throughout yhe buying process, with all the shipping details, dates and times. The 3 guys that showed to deliver our couch set, were professional, courteous and very proficient. All in all, 5 out 5 star experience.
