Totally fun. The kids enjoyed every minute of the 2hrs we spent there
I visited bounce today, and had a very unpleasant experience. To start off I paid $30 for entry which got me 90mins. I walked in and noticed how filthy, unclean and unhygienic the place was. I was then enjoying my time until I got to the climbing and noticed half of the walls were closed. I was very disappointed as it was the good walls. I then asked if I could go on the pink towers and I was told “not today”. I was very excited to go on the sky walk as I saw the group before me in there but I was then again told “not today”. We were then kicked out after only 5 minutes of being in the climbing. We got told to leave the venue as our session had “expired”. It in fact did not, they just gave us the wrong wristbands. We were then informed that we had to either trade in our grip socks in for bounce ones or purchase a pair for $10. Mind you this was 10 minutes before our session ended. I am extremely disappointed in this because I was trying to have a fun time with my gals, instead it turned into a disaster. I tried to stay positive during my time here, and gave them the benefit of the doubt most the time as I work in the same industry but the staff were too rude and dismissive. I hope this can serve everyone well in what I am saying.
Good for young children to jump and bounce, and also parties. Nice and friendly staff though they were a bit too busy. We had a party here. The food including pizza, potatoes bites and icecream birthday cake were pretty good. Everyone enjoyed the bounce and the party, and went home safely.
Bella was absolutely fantastic with the kids. A beautiful host. From the first moment at check in with everyone taking all the party favours and cake to the room we can’t thank you enough. Such an easy and amazingly fun day for the kids. You guys do an amazing job!! Thank you so much
Unbelievably dirty! Arrived at 9am at doors open so the spill was there from yesterday!! It’s vile. Based on another review two months ago the message clearly wasn’t passed on management about the dirt and the mess.
